Nach langer Zeit benutze ich diese Plattform wieder. Mir ist die Kalorien-Eingabe bei Fitbit zu nervig. Letztes Jahr habe ich ganz gut (10kg) abgenommen, jetzt stagniert es eine Weile.

Uch überlege mir auch die Anschaffung einer smarten Waage, konkret der Nokia Body Plus
205.9 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
