Good Morning!!!
Lots of action in the state last night with 16 tornadoes in the state. 4 peole were killed about 40 miles north and west of us. I feel so sorry for all the people that was in the path of the tornadoes.

Yesterday it was 74 at this time in the morning and today it is 34.
What a difference a day makes. Been reasonably well on diet. Looking forward to another great day today. Good Luck to everyone today. Have a GREAT DAY.

Wow. I'm so glad you were unharmed! That has got to be a real eye opener when the tornados come so close. Congrats on staying positive and keeping up the effort with the weight loss. You have a great day too!

Thank the Lord! Tornadoes are so-o-o very scary. Some of my family is in OK. My sister lost her businees building a few years ago. It is devastating. I am sure glad you are safe. Hope your day was as wonderful as you sound! GREAT SPIRIT!! Go girl!
