I just copied this, substituting what works for me, as i am not doing keto. I used laughing cow lite swiss cheese, whipped cream cheese, unsweetened almond milk, a lot of garlic and a splash of dry vermouth. Added in garbanzo beans instead of bacon and topped with parm. It was insanely good. Sadly i was not patient enough to take a pic. Ty for the inspiration!

Zucchini noodles can be used in anything. I just made a zucchini & tomato casserole, it also had gr turkey & cheese. It was yummy 😊
