I did atkins for a couple of months but as of today I am starting body by vi. I was getting frustrated with atkins as my weight kept going up and down and my stepson sells the vi shakes so I thought I would give it a try. Since I am new I would love to hear from others that are doing this diet for any tricks and advice.
