SUCCESS..goood wednesday morning..did a 31.3 mile ride yesterday..actually when i got on bike/trainer..and found out the route i would be riding..i wasnt to thrilled..its a harder route to ride..but like all routes you can pick an chose if you want to turn at different intersections or not..just have to take your mouse an click on the intersection an it turns for you like you would if you was really riding...as i started to ride..at the end of the first 5 miles i was thinkin..only 25 more to go..gonna be a long ride..at 10..i was getting into the ride..but still thinkin..only 20 more to go..at mile 12..got off bike..zwift pauses if you quit peddling for very long..an i went into kitchen an got a fat bomb out of freezer an sucked on it..got back on bike an started peddling again...mile 15 came an went..half way..only 15 more...well 16 really..but getting closer all the time..mile 20..getting closer but at same time i can tell the drinkin water with fizz in it..just isnt giving me the energy level i need to keep me wanting to do a ride..im getting pretty tired by now..having only ate scrambled eggs with chicken shredded in them..an a cup of coffee..an a protein shake before my ride..well mile 25 finally got within sight..again i put zwift on pause..an go to kitchen an grab one more fat bombs..get back on bike an suck on fat bomb as i head for the last of the miles..i finally got to mile 30..so close to being done an yet..im exhausted...FINALLY I GET MILE 31.2 MILES...I FINISHED MY FIRST 30 MILE RIDE...i was exhausted when i got off bike..went to kitchen fixed a protein shake ..grabbed my salad that i had made before the ride..an headed to the living room an the recliner..was time to rest an text my friend to tell him i to had finished the challenge..needless to say..didnt do to much more yesterday afternoon...to dang tired to move very far from recliner..but i did my ride..an i can remember yesterday morning when i decided i was gonna try and do it..i was thinkin to myself..im not sure i can do this..but yesterday was a eye opener for me..i can do stuff if i just put my mind to it...an go for it...

well..todays plan..being that its 59 outside this morning..and rain is fallling is to get a ride in on trainer again today..the plan is to ride a 20 or so..want to get my weekly average..i also hit 1401 miles yesterday...which last year i hit just alittle over 1400 miles for the whole year..another accomplishment for me..thats what its all about being consistent in what you do an trying to do things that your not sure you can..i can remember my first year i rode..havnt been riding but maybe 4 years..first year not that many..second year a few hundred more..third year 1400..this year im shooting for 3500 or more..keep building on to what i do...motivation seeing myself hit my goals...

well coffee is smelling good ..and breakfast wont be long after that..im actually hungry today for a change..still need to make the bed..an stuff like that..morning chores..
