BEING IN TUNE WITH THE WORLD AROUND ME..goood thursday morning..ive noticed lately well ive known for a long time i was alittle different then some..ive been a postive person for some time..i try my best to always be a positive person about everything..things happen for a reason..you cant change everything..and your gonna pay taxes an your gonna die..thats for sure..some things just happen..for instance i got up this morning..when i rolled outta bed...clock said 345am...i went to walmart monday...my sales stub said 88.88 ...numbers just seem to run in the same set of numbers all the time..

i had intentions of riding yesterday an doing a 20 mile ride..but by the time it came time to ride...my body had finally convinced my mind it needed the day off to recover from the 31...it did the day before..im glad my mind listened...like it had a choice..so just took day off rested..and read about whey protein on internet..learned that you need to be drinking whey protein on days you dont exercise as well as on days you do...and its also a good idea to drink it before bed..which i have been doing since sunday..im on a 10 day experiment..in the past when i drank protein shakes i would gain weight on the scales..an i would quit drinking the shakes..but ive learned from my friend an my nutritionist that drinking the whey protein will help my muscle recover an muscle weighs more then flab..an that the scales dont always tell the whole story..which i already new that..

so todays plan is yesterdays ride..want to do a 20..today i plan to do it..stll to cold outside..59 at 430am..and only 67 by 1 or so...be another inside ride today..by using the trainer thru the winter..my mileage has increased over last year..last year i was averaging 15 to 17 miles before i was to tired to peddle more..this year ive increased it to 20-30 miles..an really its more about wanting to peddle longer an see how far i can go..my biggest obstacle is eating healthy foods to fuel my system to get me to more miles..sure i could eat a protein bar..but they taste so bad now..i tried to eat one the day i did 31..had to throw it away after one bite..being off the sugar does make a difference in the taste of unhealthy food now...

WELL COFFEE IS DONE...time to get up an move around..yes the bed still needs my attention at making it...

i tired on my 38s i keep in closet..jeans i hope to slim into by winter of next year or maybe sooner..i always buy one size smaller for motivation..i could button them this morning..but was to snug to feel comfy in them...inches are coming off..even though scales arent showing any loss..so guess muscle is taking the place of flab...win win...

When I first started riding...5 miles was a ride for me...thing about riding...you can go farther and get workout over sooner...
