Not going to lie, not a good day eating wise. In fact I left work in tears early today because I was so frustrated. Tomorrow is a new day, I have a plan to deal with the frustration.

I have a half of cup of oatmeal. I heat it in the microwave. I add butter, chia seeds, pecans, a little vanilla and cinnamon.
