I am a diabetic Was in hospital and bedridden 4 months . They were going to take my right leg off due to infections. Sugar level were high and I am on 4 shots a day. Time to do something about this. diabetic
need help--I am a diabetic. Counting carbs is keeping my sugar levels low but I am not losing the weight like I should. Should I be counting carbs or calories. Need your help please.

I am a diabetic. My sugar levels have stayed around 100 verses where they were 200 or higher. I am watching my carbs keeping them low, but not losing weight. I am down 5lbs this first week. Should I be counting calories or counting carbs. Need some advice from the more experienced.

Just Do It
Hello Everyone. Hope you are having a great Sat morn. So excited to be part of this program and hope we can encourage each other. After being in hospital and having 5 operations this year due to diabetes I knew it was time to do something. Have lost over 80 lbs this last year but sugars were still running 300-500. Since started this 2 days ago we have dropped 5 lbs and sugar levels are staying 90-116. GOD IS GOOD Very Happy
