Greetings Best Buddies,
Completed five workouts this past week - but ate a few things off my plan!
One more week of work, and then we go to St. Pete beach for five days. The resort has a nice gym, and I hope to stay with eating seafood as much as possible!
I feel like I am struggling to stay on my food plan - but this week I am super busy so it may be easier.
MY CURRENT GOAL: Weigh the same in January 2016 as now - 171 pounds. NO GAIN, NO GAIN through the holidays.
