I am feeling burnout towards meal planning. It's easy, but lately I haven't been as hungry and I feel like I could care less. Weight is holding, and I have increased my exercise. I am keeping up a good front for my Hubby who is battling the bulge. I think I just have a lot on my mind ...I know skipping meals sets myself up for mindless eating or snacking. So, I choose to stick with the plan. The meals I prepare are tasty and I always feel good. Just needed to say what I was feeling.
