We all talk about or indulge in "cheat" or splurge days. After all these years of food obsession, I have found that a splurge meal is enough for me. An entire day of eating with abandon is too risky for me... Maybe I am more easily satisfied, or after all these years of dieting and not dieting, I have found the right balance. I guess that's what it is all about... Finding what works for each individual...Have a good day everyone!

Maybe just a splurge item, rather than a whole meal, is more realistic for me, at least. Yes, we all have to figure out what is best for ourselves along this journey. So glad you are part of this for me.
