Greetings Best Buddies!
I have done pretty well this month keeping the carbs low and the fat high. My weight loss has slowed; but my workouts recently have been more productive with using heavier weights and staying in the high heart rate zones for longer time periods.
This means to me...I am getting more fit and losing inches! WooHoo!
Well, I suppose it was time to change my Words of the Week, too. What do you folks think?
Words of the Week: "The time is always right to do what is right." Martin Luther King, Jr. I am dedicated, determined and diligent.

As I explained on my recent journal entry, muscle gain can mean less/no apparent weight loss or even slight weight gain.
As long as you are fit and healthy it is a positive outcome, particularly if your calorie count is only even slightly lower, the trend is good :)
Hope your name is not Samson, or you stand to loose out with those clippers. That will teach you to use a mobile :)
