Hey my Buddies!
Right now I am feeling angry and frustrated due to an interaction with my eldest niece. It is a long story; but suffice it to say, I feel all the charge and then had a thought to go EAT something that is not on my plan today!
BUT, of course, I chose NOT to do it and just drank some water and took some deep breaths to work it through...
I seldom eat emotionally but I still feel the impulse at times - and usually only when angry. Thank goodness I have awareness and do not act out on it!
I had a great workout this morning at Orange Theory Fitness - used some 20 lb weights to do shoulder presses and realized I was the ONLY person using 20 lb weights...and that included a couple men! Yikes!
Too bad there is still body fat covering up all my muscles!
The word of the week is WILLPOWER.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
