Happy Tuesday, Buddies!

So I keep playing with my RDI...up 100 calories, down 100 calories...

It is tough to get ALL my protein grams in every day without exceeding the lower RDI.

Of course OTF trainers and FS think I should be eating 2000 calories a day...phfffttt!

I am trying to stay at 1500 with a minimum of 130 grams of protein daily. Even "good"protein calories start to add up at the end of the day,




The word of the week is ACCOUNTABILITY.

How do YOU stay accountable to yourself?

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!

Yeah, fat secret's RDI is too generous. I make a diet and exercise plan a day or two upfront and I stick to it. I'm zig-zagging my cals so that would be difficult without a good plan. Recording what we ate after the day is over could be a problem because by the time you see that you've exceeded your desired calories for that day it's already too late. That's why I love fat secret and their food log. I have fun while making it.

Tell me about it! Before I even get started, my RDI for my Proteins are gone. Hang in there. Accontability...I stay accountable to myself through my friends here at fatsecret. I let them call me out if I am not walking the walk.

1000-1300 max calories a day for women depending on age and exercise/ I made adjustments to my diet and I am finally seeing results- My diet I had in 230's did. Not suit me for age 45
