Another week of loss and gain to end up at a net of 0lbs lost. On the bright side, I didn't gain enough to have a net gain. I live to fight another day

Doing alright, but had a really rough weekend. Ate way too many fatty, greasy foods. Did get some exercise in since last weigh in. I finished out the green smoothie challenge strong, got down to 216lbs, but quickly gained almost all the weight back when I immediately binged after the challenge was over. Oh to find the elusive "balance". I'm back at it. (AGAIN) sigh.

Attempted a 10 day Green Smoothie Challenge, punked out and now there's only 6 days left. I'm going to finish out these last 6 days strong and take it from there.

I can't believe it's been so long since I logged on. I must say I have been on a healthier journey lately (as of the past 6 weeks) and am seeing pretty good results. I must admit I did get up to 228lbs at my heaviest, but have since recovered and now back on the path. My biggest struggle right now is getting bored with the foods I am eating and wanting the weight loss to be much more rapid. I know any loss is a good loss, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to be uber excited about the lower numbers each week. I'm blessed nonetheless and ready to keep this going!
