Water weight from long road trip. I ate like I was suppose to. I only went over my limit one time and that was by 25 carbs. My daily is 25 or less. I have stayed close to 10 or below most of the time since 1/3/19.

I had my grandson with me. He is twenty and trying to lose as well. He is following the keto diet like I am. We supported each other on this trip. It was two weeks long. I have never stayed true like that. I was not going to let him see his grandma give in. We were both determined. When I started this journey again, why oh why, I was 203.6.
