Skipped a weigh in this weeks :-/ Very naughty but I know that nothing will have moved. With my mum here last weekend, it's been a bit crazy.
Feeling less angsty and impatient about it all now and know that so long as I keep eating sensibly and continue getting to the gym, it's going to happen.
The direction the scale goes is the imprtant thing, not how quickly.
