Sunday and all's well.:)
Coffee or no coffee, woke up and immediately sat down to do schoolwork. Racing against the clock today to get all my marking and reporting done. Sometimes get some really delightful essays, so the hours..and hours..are well spent.:)
Had a good food day yesterday and went to the gym. Will go to the gym today as well. Now that the semester is nearing the end, feel more in control of things, and happily exercise is once again making the top of my list.
It was a humbling experience lol. Quads were quite sore after doing the elliptical, and felt crazy dizzy when I was doing the weights. Still glowed afterwards knowing I had pushed the body and tested its limits. Looking forward to the time when my performance reaches its former levels.:)
Did go to the Saturday evening mass last night with my community rather than local morning masses today. Ex was there. Because of that, I did not feel free to share personal thoughts and pray aloud, and it was very hard hearing his sharing, but still felt very blessed hearing other people's sharing.
