My middle son is going to fix us smoothies today (home schooling is so nice, I get my kids home all day). I bought a mixture of frozen fruits to try and he wants to make them. They get regular sugar in their's but I get Splenda, not a bad snack if I say so myself :) Suppose to rain today, but so far the sun is out. It was 80 yesterday, today the high will be 50, oh the Kansas weather... all over the place. Good day to walk though if the rain holds off.

Give me the 50th anytime when I am out walking - I also walked yesterday at my lunch break and boy thought I would drop dead - I was soooo hot - I HATE being that hot :(

Christy, I take a half a cup of fat free yogurt, a half a cup of orange juice, and a half a cup-3/4 cup of frozen fruit and that is my smoothie recipe. 3 weight watchers points, less than 200 calories. I love it! :) If I have it after a workout I'll usually add a scoop of whey protein to it. It adds an extra 100 cals/2 points BUT its great for an after workout boost!

I usually put the yogurt in them, but I'm out, and of course, forgot to buy some last night :( I put one cup of skim milk in and the frozen fruit, plus a little Splenda to take away the tartness. Yummy!
