Bought a pedometer yesterday, curious on how many steps I take a day. Of course it doesn't take into account the 28 steep steps in my home LOL but it will count them. Going to be sunny the rest of the week, so glad!

My hubby bought one a couple of weeks ago, too! He seems to think its been a great help. :)

It's kinda a challenge I think, to see how many steps you take and I can see myself trying to beat it each day LOL. It's pretty sensitive though, if I move it to look at the steps it will add a step, so I may subtract 100-200 steps to be more accurate? Helga, I bought it at Aldi's for 5 bucks! Can't beat that!

yeah Christy ~ Brad said that he has to wear it on his left arm because it would register like he was walking everytime he was writing. lol

I love my pedometer. I can see the trends from day to day but it's always a goal to have at least a few more steps than the day before. So far my normal is about 4,500-5,000 steps a day just for normal activities.
