Biggest weight loss since induction! I did it by journaling and watching carb intake daily and not overdoing calories and by journaling I finally got down to monitoring my daily food intake and watching it closely to make sure I wasn't overeating... and it worked! I lost way more than one pound in a week for a change! :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 January 2008:
1565 kcal Fat: 129.79g | Prot: 78.25g | Carb: 22.36g.   Breakfast: Sliced Pepperoni, Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Chocolate , 4 oz. cheddar cheese. Lunch: Blue cheese dressing, Sliced Pepperoni, Romaine lettuce. Dinner: Brown 'n Serve Pork Turkey Sausage Patties, 2 eggs. Snacks/Other: Sliced Pepperoni - Hormel brand. more...

Hi Glenn! You are a nurse/vet/author, eh? A man of many talents! Well my point for commenting here was that journaling, for me, was about seeing exactly what my ratios were. I am confused why I cant seem to get all my carbs in for the day! Its too bad the journal doesnt include fiber. Well enjoy your weight loss! It looks like you are a nice steady loser. Nice 3 pound loss!
