Biggest problem is at night as I want to hit the Little Debbies or something bad. Time for fruit, vegetables and salad in the evening. Something crunchy and hard to eat and green tea and water as that is the ticket to help me lose. I am down below 210 and now I am going to be at below 200 in the next month or less and this is a great accomplishment. My sister was right I need to keep on trying when I hit a plateau for more exercise plus do not give up.

I found something that is so good and satisfies my need for a crunch that I love. It is the fruit crisp by Special K. They are only 100 calories and satisfied my desire for cookies and a crunch. try it, you will love it. I got the blueberry but they are other fruits too.
