46...gooood sunday morning... 728 am..and waiting on the sun to heat up..been up since 330am..as usual..and just waiting for 9am or so..gonna saddle up an head out on trek road bike to get a morning ..outside ride in for a change..enjoy the outside ride while i can..just a break from inside riding..gonna be a cold ride..but couple of layers an im sure il enjoy it regardless..wont be as long as ride as i would like..still ice on some roads..i took suv out yesterday just to ride around town to check out the roads..most are clear..some are still covered..and alot have water running or sitting on them..so plan is just to do a shorter route..of course once i get to riding an the adrenaline starts to flow..probably wont stick to the plan...lol..

ordered some goggles to wear when i ride on colder days..sunglasses are o...but they let alot of the cold air pass inside of head gear..was looking for a warmer ride and to cover face better..and at same time help me be able to see better when i ride..

rain tonight into tomorrow ...so need to ride today..after monday temps change again..back into cooler weather..last few days of warmer temps just a tease of whats to look forward to ...

well..gonna go to kitchen an have scrambled eggs with chicken cut up in them...coffee is gone..prep salad for later..an by time i do all of that....will be time to get riding gear on an head out on ride...

change of plans...no ride...to foggy...roads are just to wet...so..means time to clean and lube chain on bike/trainer...get it ready for tomorrow's workout...

@bpatty...you said you got stationary bike..if you get bored...i use to bring up gcn on you tube.. was guys cycling around on streets...idea when they peddled harder...i did to...interval training/high intensity training...something to think about..once you get into the habit of cycling..
