Been on the diet since Nov 1 and lost 33 lbs. I Blew it this Christmas break. Today I ate over 1600 Kcal. this is the most that I have had in one day than in 2 months. I have been averaging 1100 kcal per day, till this week. I know, I know. I use to eat 1600 in one meal. But the doctor said I have to loose this weight or my back pain will come back. It's just so hard. I'm hungry all the time, now my stomach hurts. Not sure if it is hunger pains or something else. I still have 100lbs to go.

You know what you have to do, just start again. No big deal. I have found that my hunger pains went away when I cut carbs. I have spinal stenosis so to get the pressure of carry all the weight off my back I had no choice but to lose weight. I also had diabetes, carbs fuel diabetes.
There are many ways to lose the weight pick one that is sustainable a new WOE (way of eating) will change everything. Good luck with your journey!

not sure what meal plan you are on but I do high fat low carb and I was not hungry. it seems when I ate carbs then I was always hungry. I wish you luck :)

You will lose weight even if you eat 1600 calories at 300lbs. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Try eating 1200-1500 calories. I have lost 65 pounds this year and started eating 1200-1500 calories in August lost 50 since then. I also eat about 1800 once a week. With one cheat meal that day. I did star exercising a lot more in August about 3-5 days a week. 5days 20 min walk and 3 days 45 body weight exercises. I started at 254 now 189. Hope that helps. Giving yourself a little more freedom will help. But I would also suggest less potatoes/bread and more veggies and protein(based off your pictures). I do still have some but I eat a lot less carbs than I used to. Not keto just less. Also used to eat 1600 calories in lots of meals.

Happened to me to - Called the cannoli effect and the pasta effect - I fell off the bike but getting back on today - You have done great and are doing great and will do great - That calls for a BOOM!!!!!
