Heck yeah!! I have been so frustrated b/c i haven't seen the scale move but i just tried on a pair of older jeans that didn't fit a week ago, and guess what?? They fit, comfortably, and look GREAT!!! Yay! That makes me so happy!!! I actually look like I have a figure again, and my toosh doesn't look too bad either!! hehe!! Have a great day all!! Off to finish shopping for the marathon of birthday parties this weekend....fun, fun, fun!!

Coool Gracie.....that's sooo great! Feels terrific doesn't it....! I have jeans on today that have NO spandex in them and I am *sitting* comfortably! Feels darn good to me!!! The scales don't always show the progress......but you're seeing your efforts pay off! Keep it up!

well thats just fantastic we've all learnt by now that even when the scales dont budge other things do happen and gracie you now know it!! hope it perks you up alot and reminds you how good it is to feel good about losing!! Nothing tastes as good as thin feels and your feeling it girl!
