Today is my Friday!! Woo Hoo! I'm excited to have the long weekend, but it will be super busy, so it won't feel like a long weekend. It will be nice to see family and celebrate Christmas, and I'm going to make sure to enjoy any downtime I get.

I know this weekend will be full of food and drinks, I'm just going to do my best to be mindful and not overfill myself and only take what I really want, and when I'm full I'm done. I'm not making as many treats as I normally do either, then maybe the crowd will eat it all before I even have a chance at it. We will have at least a couple of healthier options too, so I'll try to eat more of those and less of the unhealthy things.

Starting next week my husband is trying to get back on track and I'm going to be right there with him. I'm really battling my sinuses right now, but I think healthy eating and exercise will help push me through and just mentally make me feel better.

I probably won't be here until next week, so I hope who is celebrating has a wonderful Christmas holiday! Stay safe. :)
