David Ackerman's Journal, 17 March 2010

Feeling much better about myself today as I'm back on track with losing since my last carb-load. I think I might have gone overboard last week as I went well above my starting weight for a couple days.

I am still going to carbo-load on friday (celebrating 6 months with my girlfriend!), but I will take it easy this time around.
