Down another pound! Probably because I was so busy this weekend that I hardly ate yesterday. My calories and carbs were pretty low. Maybe eating normally during the week and eating low on the weekends is keeping my metabolism confused. LOL I am continuing to limit the MIMs though. I can't help but think they were stalling me when I was eating them almost every day. I have lost 3-4 pounds since I cut them out. Here's to a new week! Still hoping to reach the 170's by Mother's Day. That would be a nice gift to myself.

You can do it! What I have done is to cut out the Russel Stover sf chocolates, such as mint patties, strawberry creams etc. I have put the in the garage, so I don't have easy access to them. The MIM are good for fiber, but you can add flax to other things as well. All the best to you. :)
