20 minutes of KettleWorX Cardio broken up so I could breathe during the exercises.
Had dad's birthday party today so thats why theres BBQ food in the food diary, but I still avoided carbs and such.
Made a good looking stuffed chicken: stuffed with spinach, cheese, red peppers, jalapenos, avocado, and tomato. Shall see how it tastes tomorrow.
