Although my weight has gone up it has done so very slowly which means the weight I have gained is muscle. This claim, & my earlier claim that I can see I was gaining muscle, were validated when I went into the office & saw some co-workers I haven't seen for a while. Several of them commented on how I looked & each said I was cut, definitely leaner & much more muscular. One even started asking a lot of questions on what I was doing to achieve my physique.
