Weekday walk number 31: "the Switchblade", 3.1 miles in 68 minutes, at 2.7 mph - feeling pretty good, walking with my suspenders, glasses, plaid shirt and light coat... I'm beginning to look like a 78-year-old balloon salesman named Carl Fredricksen... drop the beard and add a cane.
