Still holding at 191. So frustrating after hitting the 180s for two days. I am really struggling to find the magic numbers of calories and carbs. Still in moderate to large ketosis. I am supposed to start weaning myself off my current medication so I can start taking my new one, but money is so freaking tight right now. Not sure when I will be able to do it. My boyfriend's car is in the shop so that is money out too. I am just really really stressed out right now. Maybe that's why the gain. Hopefully, things will get better soon. Have a great holiday everyone!

Don't worry...Be happy now! lol. I can so relate to the whole trying to find a balance with carbs and calories. I am trying to keep the carb count low, but my calories are over 2000 every day! Wth! I think my goal of eating every few hours to avoid hunger may backfire. I guess I will know when I weigh this weekend. Try to do something that will help you destress. Maybe a walk in the park or a good book or just a little more sleep. Whatever will help. Just a thought. Smoochez!

Thank you for the kind words. I just got a call from the loan company and they are allowing me to get the money to fix my boyfriend's car, so at least that much is off my shoulders. At least I have a three day weekend coming up,so I will hopefully be able to relax by working in the yard on Sat. Smoochez back at ya! LOL

I think that ups and downs in weight are pretty normal. Your body is adjusting. Just keep at it and don't get discouraged. I have never done the ketone thing, but keep track here of my carbs, calories and fiber. It is a lifestyle. Change comes slowly sometimes, but as you keep up the healthy way of eating you will see success. Don't worry ;D
