I feel like I am really trying. I just can't get it right. So I eat too much one day and then I eat too little the day after and the scale just goes up. What is up with that. It should just even out. I am not starving myself. Why am I not losing any weight??? Ok that's it. Startingt tomarrow I am eating no less and no more then 24 points. Ya ya I know I said that last week but no this time its for real. I just really have to do this for myself Maybe its the whole out of the routine that is the problem. I have not gone to the gym in a week so will see tomarrow will be a good day to go. Well I got to go.

It's hard to say, but are you actually on plan. You need to work the plan if you want it to work. Maybe go back to week one booklet and reread it. Take the quiz again to make sure you have the correct points. Sometimes it's good to have higher days and lower days in points to keep your metabolism from getting used to a certain number of points. Our weight is going to change from day to day and hour to hour. Too much sodium one day, may lead to a higher weight the next day. That is why they say to weigh in only once a week. Getting back into a routine is a good thing. Drink your water, track your points faithfully, get in some exercise and I bet you will start to see a downward trend. Remember, it takes time for our bodies to lose weight. Be patient and it will come off! Good luck!
