Well, I ate more yesterday than my RDI.
That is OK. It is the first time I have done that, since being on FS.
That is not an excuse, not meant to be.
I just state facts, good or bad, but facts none the less.
I will work harder today, to get in my Protein, more than I have been getting in up until. I must work up to up the protein, and that way I will be less hungry at the end of the day.
