SLLockhart's Journal, 28 August 2017

Well, another day of eating more than my RDI says I should be eating, but it is still OK, as my calorie burning is more than my food intake. So I am still OK.
I am working hard at getting some things ready for a small vacation, so my walking I listed here, is from walking to and from our Motorhome, packing, helping Hubby to get water filled and pack the stuff that goes outside in the compartments.
So I am OK with what I have eaten and how much I am moving today.
What a great day it is .

So happy you're getting ready for vacation. Try to stay on target with your diet? It sure isn't easy. I just got back from Rhode Island. I kept saying I was going to record my food on FS but 'stuff' gets in the way. I ate an egg white omelette for breakfast, and a protein shake for lunch which left me 750 calories for a restaurant dinner. That worked pretty well. Enjoy your vacation and come home renewed and refreshed.
