Yesterday I let myself get too hungry before eating and the results were awful. I had a big mac and a shake at McDs. After all this time you would thing I would have better control. I am the queen of good intentions but I cave in too easily. This weekend is going to be tough and I am going to try my darnedest to survive it.
This has been a remarkable August. It is usually hot and dry, but it has been one of the coolest on record. We have had so much rain my tomatoes are splitting. At least I still have tomatoes, I got them in the ground late due to the tornado. Today I am back to salads and meat. A good low carb day.

Same exact problem :/ blood sugar hog , ate a ten piece chicken nugget/ fries at Wendy's Definetly motivates you to exercise hardcore the next day .
