Staying steady. I think this is my new maintenance weight (not that it's really that different from before, but slightly higher). I've definitely put on more muscle, and waist has trimmed down somewhat. So, not complaining. Going to update my goal weight to 116 so that it doesn't keep saying I need to lose weight to get to my goal weight. If you look over my entire weight history, my main goal has been gaining weight, then maintaining it. I didn't have fatsecret when I was losing weight originally. At 140 pounds, then dropped to 100 pounds, but hardly any muscle. After a year or so of that, I decided I wanted to start putting on muscle (knowing I would then gain weight). Now I'm happy with where I'm at!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
