I had a good day today, food-wise.

Kept my calories in a reasonable range, although it's probably because my DH made an awesome dinner that was a good amount of food for low calories!

Tomorrow, I vow to exercise while watching the Biggest Loser. I know some of you frown about the Biggest Loser show, but it's motivating to work out to, so whatever works!!

What do you guys watch when you work out? Or do you not watch TV?

I'm not a BL fan, tho occasionally I'll watch it. If I see something that pisses me off I just change the channel, lol. I am usually at the gym in the evenings, so I'll usually catch King of Queens, Cash Cab or Seinfeld. If I can't find anything tolerable to watch, then HGTV is always a winner. ;)

I'm only allowed music when I exercise and total focus when I train.

I work out at the gym, so I'm not really watching tv at the same time. The machines do have tvs on them, but the only channel they show is a music channel and I prefer listening to my own iPod. I have to say, I'm not a big fan of these weight-loss shows. The last one I watched had two of the contestants being rushed to hsopital in the same episode as a direct result of how hard they were pushing them to achieve crazy losses...it was the opposite of motivational for me so I just switched off.

I find that if I don't watch TV, then I watch the clock on the treadmill, and it's the longest workout ever! Although, I have learned that interval training makes the time go by fast, because I'm either running, or working to bring my heart rate back to normal, and it keeps me focused on short periods of time, which seems to make the whole workout time go by much faster!

I watch "I used to be Fat", "Drop Dead Diva", or one of my kids movies.
