We have our monthly agency potluck and meeting today. The theme this month is summer fun BBQ. I am taking fruit in yogurt. Looking at what is on the menu should be pretty yummy.

We have a new to us prescription insurance and they are not very helpful at all. They denied my inhaler but never told me. So I went 2 days without and finally received a new one yesterday, a prescription I haven't ever taken before so I will see how this affects my body. I didn't like the way it made me feel last night but I had gone 2 1/2 days with out anything and my asthma was acting up. I am feeling better this morning, but I have a cough now. Time will tell.

Life is good, you know?
