Up a smidge, but I know it is water retention. Between hot wings and a snack of bbq pork rinds, I overdid the sodium. Been pretty strict on my carbs,even by induction standards, but easing back into a normal routine. Still keeping them well below 20 net for a while to get back on track. Solidly back into ketosis since Friday, so I know the numbers will continue a downward trend. Wishing everyone a good week.
