Apparently things are slow on Atkins this time :(
I wonder if I'm doing something wrong...
230.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You look like your losing fine. Never compare the way you lost before to how you lose now because each time can be different. Reread the materials to make sure your doing induction correctly or go to the Atkins site for some sample menu's on induction. Great job on your losing!
