Steak with spinach and lemon pepper riced cauliflower! First time trying the riced cauliflower and I'm impressed with how similar it is to regular rice (but much healthier and low Carb friendly). Especially good with some fresh squeezed lemon, Kerrygold butter and fresh ground pepper. Not sure if you can tell from the picture but it's all squished onto a tiny plate because I forgot to run the dishwasher earlier! :-D

I have replaced rice with cauliflower, it is even good in beans and rice. Soups that need rice and everything else. I love it.

Steak! Yum. If you get tired of the Cauli Rice, make mashed "Potatoes". Equally as good, but not near as heavy.

Depending on the cut of meat, steak is a health food. I usually eat filet mignon or skirt steak these are lean cuts of red meat with a lot of great stuff for muscle growth. With salt, pepper, oregano and coconut oil and a salad give me steak at least once a week!

It looks like a big plate but a small plate is even better. It makes it look like you're eating a lot. :-)

I eat an 8 oz sirloin with half an avocado for lunch everyday. I'm losing an average of 2 lbs a week. Keto is fabulous.

Yeah, I just tried the cauliflower mashed potatoes the other day and way pleasantly surprised by those too! @gordonknow Google the Ketogenic diet. You'll be surprised at what you've always been told is healthy vs unhealthy. Most of what people think they know about human nutrition is wrong (and often completely backwards).
