I'm getting pretty addicted to working out...whooda thunk it??

15mins of weight training & 30mins of exercise bike...nice sweat going at the end...I'm really happy with my progress and my will power to stick with the program...I'm finding that if I plan out the day's food before actually having to prepare & eat it, I can stick to the plan much easier...if I don't, I end up picking the easiest route which tends to be not the healthy choice...

Now I want to start doing more video logs, which I will be doing each Sunday (that's the plan anyway)...not sure if I will post a link in my journals or not...I will probably just put the link to my YouTube channel in my member profile page...then you can just check there if you are interested...

Anyway, I'm sticking to the plan pretty easily lately...but I just have to be cautious on the weekends, since my schedule changes due to sleeping later than 6am...

I'll keep you posted!!
