I only record or journal when I've done "good." I really need to talk about negitive stuff too - but, I'm just not really into it.... anyway, my 21 day challenge is off to a great start and I've even droped 2lbs in the first week! WOOHOO! I'm nervous about a birthday party this week AND the superbowl. Hopefully I'll show a little will-power.

That's good that you're keeping your journal, but to help keep yourself accountable you should record everything...everytime! That way you'll know exactly why something is or isn't working. Enjoy the bday party...and GO COLTS!!

Wow, congrats on the 2 pounds in one week! It's tough to record our slip-ups, but it's nice to be honest with ourselves and be accountable for mistakes! It helps show us what to work on in the future. Have a good weekend and stay strong! ;)
