I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with Lifestyle Family Fitness, and have been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 15 years now! I have a son, Phillip who is a chip off the "ol block...which may not be a good thing!! ;) Just trying to get to myself back into the shape that I'm accustomed to. I'm so use to getting my clients into shape that I lost track of my own fitness goals. I truly understand when clients & members say, "It's hard to find the time to workout!" It's even harder when you workout where you're employed.
