Just completed my first day of the Abs Diet. Wasn't so bad. Bought a blender, and shopped for all the powerfoods and ingredients for a few meals. Also decided to do the workout routines from Day 1 to really get into it. Hopefully things continue to go well! Just gotta find some more tasty, easy/quick-to-cook meals that fit the formula.

Sounds like you're off to a flying start. I'm on week 3 and it's going OK. I weigh in again tomorrow. So far I lost 5.5 lbs. I think the more over weight you are the more you'll drop in the first 2 weeks. After that it's going to be hard work. Speakup:)

Great work! I'd be more than happy if I manage to lose 5.5lbs in a few weeks.

A friend of mine lost over 8 lbs during his first week so you never know!

Don't misinterpret a first week weight loss. Especially if you were not very active before you started changing things. The first week or 2 can be very misleading as you tend to drop quite a bit of water weight and then the weight loss starts to 'slow down'. It's great to lose that weight just don't always expect to lose that much every week. Following ABS Diet pretty close I typically lose 2 - 3 lbs a week (lately it has been more like 1.5lbs a week). Regardless .... Good luck!!! :)
