My first weigh in, after 4 weeks I've lost 5kgs (11 pounds). I'm pretty happy about that. I've followed the abs diet pretty strictly these last 4 weeks, so I'm glad that it has paid off so far. A trip to Chicago this weekend indulging in some pizza, beer and hotdogs probably hasn't helped the cause though. I'll have to exercise double this week!

Been a week now since I started. Not sure how much weight I've lost (I don't have any scales), but I feel better and have more energy (used to rely on daily coffee, but haven't had the cravings), and feel like there is more muscle (and hopefully less flab) around my stomach.
Hopefully I'll get a nice surprise when I finally get around to weighing myself again.

Just completed my first day of the Abs Diet. Wasn't so bad. Bought a blender, and shopped for all the powerfoods and ingredients for a few meals. Also decided to do the workout routines from Day 1 to really get into it. Hopefully things continue to go well! Just gotta find some more tasty, easy/quick-to-cook meals that fit the formula.
