Been a week now since I started. Not sure how much weight I've lost (I don't have any scales), but I feel better and have more energy (used to rely on daily coffee, but haven't had the cravings), and feel like there is more muscle (and hopefully less flab) around my stomach.

Hopefully I'll get a nice surprise when I finally get around to weighing myself again.
