Ah, I have been MIA lately. Been busy with work and other things. I literally have a list of things to do so I have not been on fatsecret.
Things have been going good. I have not lost much weight recently. I have been focusing on my mental health and stress. (No I am not crazy! I just get anxiety and such)
I signed up for headspace app and love it. I have been meditating 10min each day and it really has helped me with anxiety and stress. Also I have been starting to become more clam in the mind. I am also doing yoga everyday (30day challenge) to kick start yoga in my life.
I find that focusing on my mental state has been helping me in the food department. I was able to go grain free for over three weeks (would of been almost impossible to do before doing meditation)
Below is a photo of mini paleo donuts I made at home a week ago (IT WAS AMAZING)
I splurged on some donuts yestday and pizza. I am back on track today being grain free. I do find when I eat grains I get bad fatigue and brain fogginess. I feel better without them. But the donuts were good!
I plan to start now focusing more on limiting sugar and going a little more low carb to see how I fare. I will see how this goes
