Now that the last of the partying is over I am finally on the same page as the rest of you - so for me this is the first day of 2012.

This means that:
- My meals will be filled with healthy foods
- Net carbs will be under 50
- Calories will be under 1600.

Today will also be the first day I get serious with my exercise program. Since it is raining today I'll be making good use of my exercise room.

I feel better all ready!
